The FRIDtastic Awards

These superlative awards recognize and celebrate our FRID members. Think of Senior Superlatives like you would see in a high school yearbook! Nominees and winners will be chosen by you, the membership of FRID. For each category listed below, there will be one winner from each of the four regions (North, South, East, West). Keep in mind, these are intentionally designed to be lighthearted and fun and are not meant to be judgements or perceptions of the skills of interpreters.

FRIDtastic Evening - Superhero Costume Party! We recognized and celebrated the true superheroes...you, our members! We announced the winners of the FRIDtastic Awards 2018! Also, FRID Board members celebrated our successes and shared our vision for the coming year, and there will be a couple surprise awards. We had some superhero-themed performances by Joel Ortiz (Instagram: @joel_ortiz_spotlight), and had a costume contest for the best superhero (or supervillain) outfit!
